Welcome to projectmarrakech.com. By booking a tour, package, transfer, activity, or experience through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General Information
Project Marrakech provides tourism experiences and travel-related services in Morocco, including guided tours, desert experiences, travel packages, private transfers, camel rides, quad & buggy activities, restaurant reservations, and customised travel experiences. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Booking & Payments
A booking is only confirmed after payment or deposit confirmation. Prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice. Certain experiences or packages may require full payment in advance. Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information. Project Marrakech reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellation: Customer Cancellation: Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Company Cancellation: Company Cancellation: Project Marrakech reserves the right to cancel or modify experiences due to weather, safety concerns, road conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen operational circumstances. In such cases, clients may receive a rescheduled booking, an alternative experience, or a partial/full refund.
4. Delays & Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed meeting point. Project Marrakech is not responsible for missed experiences due to client delays, missed flights or transport, or personal belongings lost or damaged during experiences.
5. Health & Safety
By participating, clients confirm they are physically able to participate and understand the potential risks involved. Participation in activities such as quad biking, buggy driving, camel rides, or desert excursions is at the client's own risk.
6. Third-Party Services
Some services may be operated by trusted third-party partners. Project Marrakech is not liable for delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused directly by third-party providers.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain personal travel insurance covering medical assistance, activity-related incidents, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
8. Website Content
All website content including images, branding, text, logos, and designs is the property of Project Marrakech and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
9. Privacy
